Job Title: Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Document Verification: Gather and verify appraisals, income documentation, and other essential papers, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Credit Analysis: Review credit reports to assess borrower creditworthiness and prepare relevant documentation for underwriting.
Underwriting Support: Collaborate with underwriters, providing additional information and documentation as needed to facilitate timely approvals.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, loan officers, and other stakeholders throughout the loan processing journey.
Data Management: Accurately enter and manage borrower and loan information in customer management and mortgage information software.
Closing Preparation: Prepare and review all necessary documents for the mortgage closing process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Deadline Tracking: Monitor timelines to meet all deadlines for information submissions, underwriting decisions, and closings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor with a successful track record in the industry.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in mortgage processing software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of lending regulations and guidelines

Pay: ₹16,296.94 - ₹36,921.48 per month
