**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative activities in the office.
- Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings (both in-person and virtual) with students and global stakeholders.
- Maintain and update student records and admission data accurately.
- Provide detailed information about the school’s online programs and admission requirements.
- Multitask efficiently between administration and counseling duties.
- Be flexible to take online meetings from home if required.
- Support various departments with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Freshers are welcome; any graduate (preferably with a background in communication, management, or education).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional, presentable, and confident while interacting with global students and parents.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
