Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Inventory Management
- Vendor Management

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Operates the front office computer system.
Makes photocopies if needed.
Handling inquiries and sending them to appropriate person.
**Qualifications and Skills**

Experience: Fresher, relevant experience preferred

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
