
Sales Executive Female Candidates

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide product/service presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to clients.
- Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Monitor industry developments and propose new sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Track sales activity, opportunities, and results in CRM systems.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
- Attend meetings, trade shows, and industry events to network and promote the brand.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
- Train and educate clients on the use and benefits of products and services.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of sales experience (preferably in [industry/sector]).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
