264 - Engine Testing and Instrumentation

Exp - 2 to 4years

Np
- 15days to Immediate

Technical:
Primary activities:

- A. Electrical background. With instrumentation experience.
- B. Test plan & managing and efficiency planning of 3rd party benches.
- C. troubleshooting all issues, OBD know how and experience.
- D. retro fitment of engines & routine service.
- 1. Hands on experience on Engine assembly & Disassembly
- 2. Mechanical validation / durability testing for gasoline engines.

a. Validation of Gasoline engine to meet all localization content of engines. As well as new development.

3. Engine Test bench management & maintenance

a. Fixture making / arranging for new engines)
- b. Scheduling timely maintenance & calibration of test bench equipment)

4. Root cause / failure analysis of engine.

5. Inspection of parts & Test reporting

Secondary activities:
6. Basics of Operating with OBD tools & software?s like INCA / other calibration.

7. Support activities with Homologation / vehicle team.
