**Job Title**: Hospital Marketing Executive
**Location**: Multi Super Specialty Hospital, Banga, Nawanshahr, Punjab

**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 1-3 years in healthcare or hospital marketing (Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to boost hospital visibility and patient acquisition.
- Organize and manage health camps, seminars, and community outreach programs to promote healthcare services.
- Cultivate relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals to expand referral networks.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including the hospital’s social media platforms, SEO strategies, and website updates.
- Design and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and newsletters to promote hospital services.
- Conduct market analysis to understand local healthcare needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to align marketing initiatives with service offerings and specialties.
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospital or healthcare marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively both independently and in teams.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape in Punjab is an asset.
