**Urgent Opening for International Blended Process (Chat & Voice Support): US insurance Process (Night Shift)**

**Experience - 0-3 years (Transcription/Medical billing/International BPO preferably Outbound calling exp)**

**Education - Graduation or HS, English Background must.**

**Shift timings**- 5.30 PM - 1.30 AM IST (Peak Season) | 6.30 PM - 2.30 AM IST (Non-Peak Season)

**Holidays**:US Holidays Only

**Location
- Shillong**

Live call handling and query resolution through helping collect data for training AI models. Must be an independent worker and ability to solve problems real-time.

**Skills**:
1. Strong English Comprehension and Communication Skills (Written, Listening, and Oral)

2. Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision

3. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

4. **Flexible with Night Shifts**

5. Learning Attitude

6. Team player

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
