**Executive Travel Desk & Expat Services**

Location - Jamnagar
- Managing travel plans for all staff PAN India, this includes managing booking for airlines, trains, cabs, and hotels.
- Ensuring that the best rates and travel and stay plans are opted for at all times. Negotiate rates.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that the procedures are being followed and updated as required
- Must be able to recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and emergency situations
- Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce costs, increase productivity and savings
- Coordinate with the team in case of any issues / discrepancies, where escalation is involved
