**Job Title**: Home Loan Telecaller**Location**: Salt Lake, Sector 5**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote home loan products.
- Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria for home loans.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loan processing.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer information in the database.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly loan targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking and financial regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years
- **Languages**: Fluency in [Hindi/English/Bengali.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Knowledge of banking and home loan processes is an advantage.

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- 10,000 - 15,000 / month
