**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counselling to students on personal, social, academic, and career issues
- Assist students in developing coping skills and strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional concerns
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students with learning, behavioural, or emotional difficulties
- Develop and implement intervention plans for students with special needs, in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other professionals
- Provide support and guidance to parents on parenting skills, child development, and behavioural management
- Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to promote a positive and inclusive school culture and climate
- Provide crisis intervention and support in case of emergencies or traumatic events
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and assessments
- Participate in professional development activities and stay up-to-date with best practices in counselling and education

**Requirements**:

- Graduation/Post Graduation in Psychology, Post Graduate in Child Development, or Graduate/Post Graduate with a Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a School Counsellor or in a related field
- Knowledge of child development, behavioural and learning disorders, and counselling techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
