Shift Details:

**Salary**:

- **Up to ₹35,000 CTC**:
Eligibility:

- **Education**: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- **Experience**: Must have prior experience in a **Chat and Voice (Blended)** process
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with good accuracy
- Multitasking ability (handling calls and chats simultaneously)
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via both chat and voice calls (inbound/outbound)
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer issues
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
- Record all customer interactions and transactions in internal systems
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely closure
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department

Interview Mode:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
