**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
- Ensure solutions developed across the organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits)
- Communicates common architecture vision, technical strategies, and trade-offs across various levels in the organization to gain buy-in from stakeholders
- Provides recommendations and technical guidance to improve reusability within the constraints of budget, resource and business dependencies, emphasizing common solutions
- Lead and drive next generation technology adoption to Azure cloud and emerging technology standards
- Build end-to-end solution plans in the form of roadmaps that define the ideal and future state systems solution, scope of solution initiatives, solution delivery sequencing through architecture transition states, and assumptions and risks
- Interacts with technical and business senior leadership
- Be able to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and initiatives
- Design, Develop and build proof of concept on latest technologies and assist the development team in their cloud adoption
- Create, implement and communicate technology strategies that anticipate future business needs and meet current business requirement
- Shares knowledge internally with peers and leaders and acts as an internal resource for teams and business units within their areas of expertise
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
- Present solutions in the architecture forum for approvals Help the team with effort estimations and planning & guides and mentors junior engineers
- Understand Azure cloud and Services Works with less structured, more complex issues & understanding of strategic IT solutions
- Be a hands-on Engineer who leads by example with Developers and operates independently

**Required Qualifications**:

- 11 - 13 years of experience
- Technologist, Evangelist for technology transformation, hands-on expert, involved in developing the products built on Azure, Azure Data Engineer Tools, Kafka, Kubernetes, snowflake Provide Architecture for given business problems & plan and design the structure of a technology solution Builds production ready features and capabilities with best engineering standards
- Knowledge of Scalable Solutions
- Solid influencer that engages with stakeholders
