**INOFINITY Healthcare Solutions Private Limited **is looking for AR Caller who is ready to join our team immediately. Looking for a highly passionate towards the profession. Must be spontaneous and have high energy level. We are looking for people preferably with experience in account receivables, and denial management processes.
- Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
- Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- A brief understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle.
- Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.
- Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

**Experience**:

- 6 months -1 Year of experience in accounts receivable follow-up / denial management for US healthcare customers.

**Job Type**: Full - Time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (preferred)
