As a O2C Team Member, you will be part of a fast-paced, results-driven order to cash team.
Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
The planning course of action to recover outstanding payments. Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status. Good Understanding of the O2C cycle. Understanding of Customer and their accounts. Understanding of Credit note.
Qualifications -Any Graduate with accounting knowledge /B.Com/
Decent Problem diagnosing and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service focused approach and Excellent phone etiquette.
Willing to work on support environment.
Comfortable working in UK shifts. Comfortable with UK working / holidays
