**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Tamil.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work in shifts or on weekends, as required.

**Working Conditions**:
The job requires working in a customer support environment, which may involve working in shifts or on weekends, depending on the organization's needs.
