**Roles and Resposibilities**:
- Collect leads of interested partners through on-ground efforts and referrals.- Build short-term relationships with prospects to improve the chances of successful onboarding.- Onboard Outstation-dedicated partners who are ready to take 75 km+ orders.- Ensure partners are activated quickly after onboarding.- Maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners and assist them with on-and-off order issues- Highlight trends, feedback, and concerns to senior management to improve onboarding and partner experience.- Conduct market studies in new zones to assess business potential, partner availability, and other key parameters.
