Tele Calling Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Provide information about our services, pricing, packages, and availability
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments or walk-ins
- Maintain daily call records and update customer databases
- Coordinate with the team for appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and build rapport with callers
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in **Hindi and basic English**:
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / WhatsApp / Google Sheets)
- Polite, professional, and customer-oriented behavior
**Work Schedule**:
- **Monday to Saturday**, 10:00 AM - 7 PM
- Sunday Off
