**Job Description: -**

Accounts associate will be responsible for day to day billing & sales order generations and independently capable of managing inventory of pharmaceuticals products in MARG ERP software etc.

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Prepare invoices, sales order, purchase order and MIS reports
- Verify, post and reconcile transaction, stock management
- Generate error-free inventory reports and present their results with monthly MIS
- Compile and analyze data to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
- Analyses financial information and summarize financial data
- Work & Participate in sales, purchase forecast process - expense vs revenue
- Look into billing invoices, vendors and clients.
- Handling day to day transactions
- Ensuring accurate inventory control
- Verifying various contracts with suppliers and vendor
- Hands on experience in MARG ERP GST, and other related law
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, contacts with customers
- Obtain confirmation of order and procurement of goods - invoice generation, PO creation
- Establish, maintain, and implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Develop & maintain financial data bases MARG ERP and manual filing systems
- And any other duties assigned during course of time
- Graduate in Commerce and Post-graduation in HR & Finance
- Must have prior experience in MARG ERP and Accounting and Finance
- Excellent verbal and written communications in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
