**What you will be doing**:

- Provides technical and business monitoring & Observability support for users of client Applications.
- Utilizes good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas to field issues and queries from stakeholders, provide short-term resolutions and work with relevant technology partners for long term remediation.
- Act as a liaison between users, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.
- Participate in Custom solution releases, from development, testing and deployment into production.

**What you bring**:

- 3-6 years experience in..Net,C#.Net,Database Support Application Support
- SQL Server / Database SQL Experience
- Application Production Support Experience
- Good in ASP.NET, C#.NET, WCS, JQUERY, MVC, APIs
- Automation using PowerShell / Python
- To work on issues independently with mínimal help and should be proactive in fixing issues.
- Flexible to work in shifts and weekends

**Education Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
