Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop new merchandise products that align with the foundation’s mission and values.

Collaborate with artisans, including those with disabilities, to create inclusive and marketable products.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products.

Create detailed design specifications, including sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.

Manage the production process, ensuring quality and consistency across all products.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and product displays.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandise design or a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

Excellent creativity, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Passionate about social causes and committed to making a positive impact.
