**Job Title**: Quality Control (QC) Executive
**Department**: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
**Location**: Kopar kharane, Vashi, Navi Mumbai
**Reports To**: QC Manager / QA Head / Factory Manager

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure all incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods meet established quality standards and client specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection & Testing**:

- Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and in-process items.
- Perform quality checks on finished products based on standard parameters (dimensions, color, print quality, etc.).
- Conduct sampling, testing, and validation as per QC protocols.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain inspection reports, test records, rejection records, and batch-wise documentation.
- Ensure proper tagging and identification of accepted/rejected materials.
- **Process Control**:

- Monitor and ensure production processes comply with quality standards.
- Highlight and report non-conformities and support corrective actions.
- **Client & Internal Coordination**:

- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and design departments for quality-related feedback and resolution.
- Assist in preparing COA (Certificate of Analysis) or quality reports for clients.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to ISO/GMP/FDA (if applicable) standards.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping protocols in the QC lab and shop floor.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Printing, Packaging, Chemistry, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in QC, preferably in packaging, printing, or pharma-related industry.
- Knowledge of QC tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, color densitometer, etc.).
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, or other relevant quality systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹51,654.60 per month
