**Experience**: 17 - 20 years

We are a 100% Cotton Spinning Mills located at Petlad near Dist - Anand (25 km), (50 km from Baroda & 80 km from Ahmedabad) in Gujarat State.

PBM Polytex Limited has 2 Cotton Spinning Unit one at Petlad, Anand Dist & other BLP Super Spinners, at Borgaon, (M.P.), 50 kms away from Nagpur is another 100% export oriented spinning unit set up by us in 1992, with latest generation of têxtile machineries.

PBM Polytex Limited, our 100% cotton spinning mills at Petlad, we are equipped with state of art international technology, with latest spinning machineries from LMW, Rieter, Trumac, post spinning machineries from Schlafhorst & Murata and the latest version of two-for-one twisters. Above all, to be more competent in global market, we are quite quality conscious: hence we have designed a sophisticated SQC with modern and renowned precision testing equipments.

Petlad is situated in the district territory of Anand, milk capital of India, and is easily accessible by road and rail. Petlad is also connected by road from Baroda (Vadodara), which is 55 kms, away and also from Ahmedabad, which is about 80 kms away. At Petlad, looking to the welfare of our staff members, we have recently constructed housing colony with beautiful garden and playground. **Job Details**:
He will be responsible for adherence of quality standards with the continuous analysis of quality reports and ensure the preventive and corrective actions through concerned production heads.

He will also look after the QMS and its implementation in the organization.

He will also ensure the quality standards as per buyer’s specifications and requirements for the export and domestic orders.

Daily operation of S.Q.C department.

Man management of S.Q.C department.

Checking & analysis of daily quality report.

Handling setting through maintenance dept. from Blow Room to Autoconer as per fibre properties for better yarn quality & working process.

Daily analysis of mixing properties for better working & quality. To handle mixing by maintaining constant mixing parameters.

To maintain quality as per export buyers requirement.

To control market complaints.

17 to 20 years experience in similar category.

He should have worked with reputed têxtile groups in Research & Development activities and must exposed to all the applicable tests / reports.

He should have worked in cotton manufacturing spinning units.

He must have the knowledge of latest quality standards and corrective / preventive measures to be taken for excellent quality output.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Industry Type: Cotton Spinning

CTC: Minimum Rs. 40,000/- per month, Maximum Rs. 60,000/- per month,

Compensation: Commensurate with experience + fully furnished housing in our staff

Colony, 1 km away from our factory.

Education: Degree Holder / Post Graduate in Textile Technology

Location: Petlad, Dist - Anand Gujarat

Age: up to 45 years

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,645.19 per month
