Pre Uni College is an Australian based educational organisation looking for customer service staff to work from home. FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY SUITABLE

Should have Excellent Communication in English and writing skills

Taking incoming enquiries from parents and making outgoing calls to update parents on their child's queries

Working on database to Create student ID, student report and other functions related to student enrolment

Keeping track of teachers availability and monitoring the online class for any assistance the teacher may require

Must be good with Microsoft word and excel for formatting the documents

Pre Sales and Social Media ( FB, Google Ad, Twitter ) exposure is an advantage

Should have their own Laptop and good Wi-Fi connection at home

Will be liaising with other offshore staff to complete the task

Work in Australian Time zone ( Early start around 430am and finish by 130pm. Flexible on weekdays)

Saturday and Sunday will be working day. Any one of the Weekday can be taken a day off.

Must be multi tasking and quick learner

No tax deducted. Competitive salary package
