Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing wholesale customers (boutique owners, shop owners, etc.).
- Explain product offerings, collections, and wholesale pricing to generate leads and close sales.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and manage reorders.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and follow up on leads regularly.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Provide product information and support as needed.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for seamless customer communication.
- Report daily progress and performance to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Language Skills**: Must have excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
- Previous experience as a telecaller or in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
