The Tele caller is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and closing sales over the phone.

The Tele caller works closely with the Sales Manager and team members to achieve the sales team's goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients Understand and present the company's products and services Negotiate and close sales over the phone Follow up with leads and customers Track and report on sales performance

Qualifications and Requirements:

- diploma or any degree
- 1+ years of experience in telemarketing or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong sales and marketing skills
