As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our Marketing department by overseeing various spects of leadership skills, Organisational skills, creative thinking, inbound marketing, set Goals and develop action plans and realistic expectations with clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate records, drive process improvements, and provide valuable insights that contribute to informe decision-making.

Marketing Executive:

- Ceate awareness of and develop the brand
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
- Work closely with the internal or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as

brochures and adverts
- Write and proofread Marketing material for both online and print campaigns
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog post and run social media channels
- Maintain and update customer database
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences and emerging trends
- Cuntinuously scan the market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create mutually beneficial relationships that can lead to new revenue streams

**Requirements**:

- minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Gaduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience in Marketing Role
- Srong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities.

Salary between Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- with 1 to 2 years of experience

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
