Key Responsibilities:

- Verify PAN, Aadhar, utility bills, and salary slips as per KYC norms.
- Fill CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo) accurately with salary data, remarks, and FOIR.
- Flag incomplete profiles, dual PAN cases, or fraudulent documents.
- Coordinate with sales team for missing documents or clarifications.
- Escalate borderline or suspicious cases to Credit Manager.

Key Requirements:

- Understanding of CIBIL report basics and KYC norms.
- Basic Excel skills for data entry and calculations.
- Eye for detail and document accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with fintech platforms or NBFCs
- Hindi/English speaking for customer clarification calls

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
