Job Title: Sales Coordinator & MIS Report Generator
- Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
- Shift: Daytime | Working Hours: 9 hours (including 45-minute lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports in Excel, including sales performance, inventory, and business analytics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and reports.
- Ensure seamless communication between the sales team and other departments.
- Prepare presentations and sales reports as required.
- Work with Power BI or other analytical tools (preferred but not mandatory).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Visualization, etc.).
- Prior experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
