Responsible for purchasing of all kind of Raw Material related to BF industry ( rice, rava etc)
- Coordinating with logistic departments for the timely arrivals of material
- Coordinating with Vendor team for making the Raw materials purchase plans, based on the operational projection.
- Maintain records of Raw material ordered and received.
- Co-ordinate with Quality assurance to ensures product quality and communicates the same with suppliers/Traders based on their material quality which they supplied.
- Co-ordinate with Finance for the time Payments to Traders /Contractors/Suppliers.
- Responsible for doing market research and analysis for collecting and gathering market intelligence for the new commodities and procure the same the right time and place.
- Experience in buying engineering and other stores items will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Minimum 3+ years of FMCG specifically Food related business

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
