**Position Responsibilities**:

- Conduct patentability searches and analyze prior art to determine the novelty and patentability of inventions.
- Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and technical experts to understand and document the invention details accurately.
- Conduct patent infringement analysis and prepare opinions on the validity and enforceability of patents.
- Assist in patent portfolio management, including conducting patent portfolio reviews and developing patent filing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate potential patent infringements for enforcement of patent rights
- Collaborate with outside counsel and manage relationships with external patent attorneys.
- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to patents and intellectual property.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Patent Attorney, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong knowledge of patent laws, regulations, and procedures, both domestically and internationally.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal and technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
