Job description

The **Communicative English and Personality Development Faculty** is responsible for designing and delivering courses that enhance students' language proficiency, communication skills, and overall personality development. The faculty member will create an engaging learning environment, implement effective teaching methodologies, and contribute to the academic and personal growth of students.

**Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials for communicative English and personality development programs.

Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with educational objectives.

Teaching: Conduct interactive and engaging classes to improve students' English language proficiency.

Facilitate activities, discussions, and projects that enhance communication skills.

Personality Development: Implement strategies to foster personal growth, confidence, and leadership skills among students.

Conduct workshops and sessions focused on enhancing interpersonal skills, teamwork, and self-awareness.

Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate students' performance through assessments, exams, and projects.

Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their communication and personality skills.

Individualized Support: Offer individualized assistance to students who may need additional support in communicative English or personality development.

Provide mentoring and guidance to help students overcome challenges.

Stay Updated :Keep abreast of current trends, methodologies, and research in communicative English teaching and personality development.

Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to integrate communicative English and personality development principles into the broader curriculum.

Work with career services to support students in developing effective communication for job interviews and professional settings.

Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach programs, workshops, and events related to communicative English and personality development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.

Relevant teaching experience in communicative English and personality development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital tools for teaching and communication

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
