Finance Manger

We are a prominent financial consultancy, managements consultancy and outsourcing firm in India, dedicated to assisting businesses with tax, compliance, and financial strategies for entrepreneurial success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and legal regulations.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports.
- Oversee budgetary control and assist in budget preparation.
- Manage financial audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure timely completion.
- Evaluate financial procedures and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and implement effective internal controls.
- Analyze and interpret financial data for decision support.
- Provide financial advice on tax planning and investment strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial databases.
- Experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 4 -12 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Proficient in Excel, Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language should be in English, Malayalam.
- Immediate availability for joining.
- Leadership and team management skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
