We’re a growing startup preparing to launch our women’s wear brand into the world of e-commerce. We’re looking for a **junior photographer** or **aspiring professional** with some hands-on experience—whether assisting on set or shooting smaller projects—who’s now ready to step up and create polished, portfolio-worthy work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality product photography for physical women’s apparels, fashion accessories (flat lays, ghost mannequins, styled shots)
- Conduct model shoots with attention to lighting, styling, and brand aesthetics
- Set up lighting and studio environments suitable for e-commerce standards
- Collaborate with our creative and product team to plan shoot concepts and visuals
- Edit and retouch images for website, social media, and marketplace listings (Amazon, Myntra, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience assisting or independently managing product/model photoshoots
- Strong interest in fashion, particularly women’s wear and e-commerce styling
- Ability to handle lighting, backdrop setup, and shoot workflow
- Basic to intermediate photo editing/retouching skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
- Access to your own camera gear is a plus
- A keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics
- Comfortable taking creative direction and working within brand guidelines

**Bonus If You Have**:

- Experience working with fashion brands or shooting for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)
- Understanding of e-commerce image requirements and styling trends
- Portfolio that includes either fashion, product, or editorial work
