- Job Title: Plastics Body Design Engineer for Automotive (2-wheeler)
3-7 years in designing Plastic body parts for 2 wheelers vehicles.
Experienced in Design & Development of Body Panels, Fairing, fender, Seat Base from the concept to mass production Design.
Design Considering the Package, master sections, styling, vehicle regulation & performance.
Experience in Feasibility check, and Master sections Creation
Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
3-5 years of 3D CAD experiences in Catia V5 with 3+ Years with good Surface modelling skills.
Need to understand the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & DFA
Intermediate checking with cross functional team and check Module level
Need to understand the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & DFA
Good plastic product design knowledge and different method of plastics manufacturing.
Tool or mold Design Knowledge and/or experience is preferred.
Capable of offering design solutions to the design problems by considering DFM/DFA principles.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Keywords: Catia, plastic product design, 2W (Scooter/motorcycle) Body design
Preferred Knowledge: Mold design, Teamcenter, automotive body design (Interior & exterior Trims)
