**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Visitor Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Register and guide guests, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate individuals.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
- Handle basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- **Security and Protocol Adherence**:
- Monitor visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes as required.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols and maintain confidentiality.
- **Facility Management**:
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance teams for facility-related issues.
- **Customer Service**:
- Assist clients and employees with general inquiries or concerns.
- Provide information about the company’s services, policies, or events.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or certification in office management is a plus).
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Key Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
