**Objectives of this role**

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce a wide range of materials including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design solutions that meet marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Liaise with external printers or contractors to ensure quality print outputs and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of design outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with different teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print media.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of printing processes and preparing artwork for print is a plus.

**Required skills and qualifications.**
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Coral, Auto-cad
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Five or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Design(Must), graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral
- Excellent communication skills and good experience in handling client interaction.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
