Job Brief We are looking for Cashiers to man cash counters at our retail jewellery store while providing excellent customer service to build and deepen relationships. A pleasant and well-groomed personality with an orientation towards process adherance and compliance will excel in the role. A graduate degree in commerce is must.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers are successfully attended through the billing process and provide a positive experience at the counter while ensuring that all compliance and process guidelines are adhered to.

Job responsibilities: To Manage Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, Bank, UPI etc Reciepts and
Payments
To do customer Billing etc
To Reconcile Cash/Cheque/Cards/Stock billing cashier.

To ensure Legal Compliance of GST Income Tax BIS Legal Metrology
FEMA banks and all regulations including display requirements
To operate EDC Machine -UPI, Credit, Debit Card Swiping
/Settlement at end of the day/Fraud Prevention.
To liase with Banks for issues related to modes of payment
To manage E Mails and take actions.
To act as a facilitation desk for interstaff communication
To manage transaction and other risk
To answer customer queries in respect of billing
To manage outstandings and advances overdue
To keep updated with various schemes of the organisation
To provide regular meaningful feedback to management related to customer staff product and processes
To manage assigned inventory

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
