**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior design project manager/ site engineer located in Bengaluru South. The Interior Design Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with interior design site execution, understating designs and explaining to the execution team including space planning, communication with clients and team members, and selecting Quality checking.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Responsibilities include project planning and coordination through the development of detailed
plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Collaboration with clients and the design team is essential for successful project execution.
3. Client communication is a key aspect of the role, serving as the main point of contact and
providing regular updates on progress.
4. Team leadership involves motivating and guiding fresh designer’s on-site challenges,
contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
5. Vendor management requires sourcing vendors, obtaining competitive bids, and overseeing
materials Delivery at the project site.
6. Quality control is maintained through regular site visits and inspections to ensure work meets
specifications and standards.
7. Addressing issues promptly is crucial to maintaining project integrity.
8. Budget management involves monitoring expenses, tracking costs, and implementing cost-saving
measures.
9. Financial reports are prepared and presented to analyse to minimize the on-site petty expenses
as needed.
10. Risk management involves identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to
mitigate disruptions.
11. Ensuring project success is a top priority, requiring careful planning and proactive strategies.
12. Collaborating with the Production team and designers, is vital to achieving project goals and
meeting client expectations.
13. Adhering to quality standards and building codes is essential to delivering high-quality results.
14. Teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are critical for managing projects effectively.
15. Eliminate wastage and deliver projects within budgets
16. Perform site measurements.
17. Strong skills in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings.
18. Proficiency in interior design concepts, principles, and industry standards.
19. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture.
20. Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
21. Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹25,271.41 - ₹45,862.60 per month
