Housekeeping Room Attendant

**Position Summary**

Responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining guest rooms (and sometimes public areas) to hotel standards. Promotes a positive image, addresses guest needs, and adheres to departmental and hotel SOPs

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Room Cleaning & Preparation**:

- Enter and prepare the room for service
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean floors
- Make beds with fresh linen and neatly align furniture Clean bathrooms thoroughly (mirrors, fixtures, floor, tub/shower, toilets)
- **Restocking & Amenities**:

- Replenish toiletries, towels, bathrobes, minibar items, complimentary water, tea/coffee/tea supplies
- Deliver and retrieve guest items (e.g. ironing boards, extra pillows)
- **Security & Guest Interaction**:

- Ensure room security and respect guest privacy
- Attend guest requests or complaints courteously, escalating as necessary
- **Special, Public‑Area, Rotation Duties**:

- Perform deeper cleaning: steam carpets, spring cleaning tasks, "turndown" service
- Occasionally clean public spaces like corridors, lobbies, or closets
- **Inventory & Supplies Maintenance**:

- Stock and organize housekeeping carts and storage areas
- Monitor usage, report low supplies or maintenance needs
- **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Update room status post‑service
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or lost‑and‑found items to supervisor
- Follow hotel safety, health, and SOP guidelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
