**Role Summary**:
We are hiring fresher telecallers who are fluent in English and eager to start a career in the IT industry. You’ll be responsible for outbound calls, client interaction, and assisting in lead generation or support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to clients and prospects.
- Clearly communicate our IT services and offerings.
- Maintain client details and call logs.
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for senior team members.
- Support marketing or sales activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident, professional, and friendly tone.
- Basic understanding of IT services is a plus (training will be provided).
- Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Fresher or recent graduate welcome.
