Core Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation & Follow-up**:
- Call potential customers to promote Maruti Suzuki vehicles and services.
- Follow up on inquiries from digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Maintain and update lead databases (CRM systems).
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Book test drives and showroom visits.
- Coordinate service appointments and remind customers of upcoming schedules.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Handle inbound calls regarding product queries, pricing, and availability.
- Provide information on financing options, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the sales or service team.
- **Campaign & Promotion Support**:
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, new launches, and dealership events.
- Support festive campaigns and seasonal promotions with targeted calling.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Record call details, feedback, and outcomes.
- Share daily/weekly reports with the sales manager for performance tracking.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong verbal communication in regional and English/Hindi languages.
- Polite, persuasive, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
