Role:
- Invoicing customer's onto their Tax courses
- looking after the distance leaning students
- Processing orders to ensure that students receive the correct course
material.
- Entering exam marks onto the Online Academy
- Allocating marking of student exams
- answering customer queries
- Liaising with our team in the UK
- Creating and sending monthly reports to clients/contractors
- Perform any other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Degree
- No pre-existing knowledge required but should have work experience (2-4 years)
- Used to working with systems
- Used to following procedures
- Computer literate
- Good English speaker
- Eye for detail
