**Responsibilities**:
- Handle overall administration functions
- Ensure Office discipline
- Maintain Leave Balance data for employees
- Handle Assets and its management
- Make travel & hotel arrangements
- Verify Travel Expense Reports
- Handle existing and develop new Vendors & Service Providers
- Maintain sufficient Office Supplies
- Provide access to Server and Biometric device
- Perform Purchases of assets
- Monthly Stock Taking of assets
- Arrange for the repair and maintenance of assets
- Maintain Office Security and Safety Protocols
- Manage housekeeping team and ensure cleanliness within office
- Ensure Hospitality of the guests
- Address Administrative Issues on timely basis to management
- Handle Internal and External Communication
- Maintain and renewing legal documents
- Maintain and update overall documentation and record keeping
- Support HR in their related work
**Required Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Administration : 2 years (required)
