**Job Title: Infrastructure Renting Executive**

Reports to: Operations Head

Location: [Topsia,Kolkata]

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The Infrastructure Renting Executive is responsible for overseeing the leasing and rental of infrastructure assets, including identifying prospective clients, negotiating rental agreements, and ensuring optimal utilization of infrastructure facilities. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, along with knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing and asset management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify potential clients and develop new rental business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with lessees, brokers, and third-party vendors.

Conduct site visits with prospective tenants and present infrastructure facilities effectively.

**Leasing & Documentation**:
Negotiate rental terms and prepare lease agreements in coordination with legal teams.

Ensure all rental agreements comply with legal and organizational standards.

Maintain accurate records of leases, payment schedules, and contract terms.

**Asset Management**:
Monitor the availability and occupancy status of infrastructure units.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure readiness and maintenance of leased facilities.

Conduct regular inspections and assessments of rented infrastructure.

**Reporting & Compliance**:
Generate periodic reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational metrics.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Resolve client issues, payment disputes, and other operational concerns promptly.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:
Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of lease management, contracts, and rental regulations

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Proficient in MS Office and leasing software/tools

Customer service orientation

Attention to detail and organisational skills

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

2-5 years of experience in infrastructure rental/leasing or real estate management

Experience in telecom, logistics, or industrial leasing is a plus.

Understanding of legal and commercial aspects of rental agreements.

**Additional Information**:
Travel may be required for site visits and client meetings.

Flexible work hours depending on client and operational requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
