**Job Title**:
**Location: VAPI**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research and Strategy Development**:

- Analyze industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to industrial automation products and services.
- **Lead Generation and Business Development**:

- Identify and approach prospective customers in industries such as manufacturing, process control, and system integration.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into sales.
- **Technical Consultation**:

- Understand customer requirements for automation solutions such as PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, VFDs, and sensors.
- Market automation products, with a strong understanding of Control Systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, Stepper, Control Panels) and process instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature).
- **Provide technical demonstrations, presentations, and product recommendations based on client needs.**:

- Sales Execution**:

- **Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to secure orders.**:

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- **Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.**:

- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical or service-related issues.
- Travel to meet and manage external clients, achieving both personal and team targets.
- **Promotion and Branding**:

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote automation solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, brochures, and campaigns targeting the automation sector.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Gather insights to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical**, **Electronics**, **Instrumentation**, **Mechatronics**, or related engineering fields.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the industrial automation sector.
- Freshers with a strong technical understanding and eagerness to learn are also welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of industrial automation products, including PLCs, SCADA, VFDs, HMIs, and sensors.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Compensation and Condition**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
