We are seeking a diligent and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, manage payments, prepare quotations, and ensure seamless payroll processing.

**Location**: HEBBAL, MYSORE

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Management**: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- **Payment Tracking**: Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- **Quotation Preparation**: Prepare detailed and competitive quotations for clients, based on project requirements and pricing guidelines.
- **Payroll Administration**: Oversee payroll activities, including calculation, distribution, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate regular financial reports, summaries, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- **Vendor Relations**: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and negotiating favorable terms.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting periodic audits as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or construction-related industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in any accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, TALLY,MYBILLBOOK).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of tax regulations and payroll processing.
