Job Title - **Subject Matter Expert (Healthcare)**

Job Location - Chandigarh (Remote in 2024)

Experience - 1+ years

**Responsibilities**
- Should be able to deliver high quality academic content such as academic papers, essays, research proposals, dissertations, literature reviews, and other scholarly documents according to specified guidelines and citation styles (e.g, APA, MLA, Chicago)
- Responsible for delivering **plagiarism free and grammatically sound content**.
- Responsible for **proofreading** the work.
- Demonstration and understanding of the source text. You must also be responsible for and able to provide evidence and justification for any claims you make. This is done by paraphrasing and summarizing.
- Understand the research way to describe your task or learning for that assignment or project.
- Writing should involve many steps to form a clear, logical research paper. Your statement of writing should be strong and declarative, and you should avoid using passive language.
- Responsible for meeting the daily word count allocation targets & addressing any kind of comment done in the quality check performed by our company.
- Needs to resolve the query of the students & teachers.
- **Responsible for writing the content solely because use of AI tools are prohibited.**:

- Responsible for providing academic solutions for the students of the globe like
- UK, Australia, Canada etc.
- Responsible for enhancing knowledge by learning new tools & techniques.
- Participate in the Office Training Programs and Extracurricular programs.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Management.
- Should have done Masters in Management -MBA
- In depth knowledge of **academic writing **and **critical analysis.**:

- Knowledge on writing **research reports**, essays, **dissertations **and case study analysis etc.
- Knowledge on different referencing styles such as **APA, Harvard** etc.
- English writing & speaking skills should be excellent.
- Knowledge of designing tools like Canva etc. is a plus.
- Knowledge of **Microsoft Excel, SPSS or power BI.**:

- **Experience in the Ed-tech industry is a plus.**

Pay: ₹25,507.50 - ₹35,000.09 per month
