**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain and update financial records in Tally.**:

- **Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.**:

- **Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable.**:

- **Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.**:

- **Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.**:

- **Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.**:

- **Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.**
- **Education: Any bachelor’s degree with relevant accounting work experience preferred.**:

- **Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Fintech/Financial industry.**:

- **Skills Required**:

- **Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.**:

- **Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes.**:

- **Highly detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.**:

- **Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.**:

- **Good communication and interpersonal skills.**
