Job Location: Banjara Hills, Baroda, Miyapur, Secunderabad
Department - Operations Reports to - Centre Manager
Job Purpose: To ensure detailed client records are up to date at all times.
Experience required: Preferably in the healthcare industry in medical documentation Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field
Remuneration: as per organization/industry standards**Responsibilities**:

Check patient files for incompleteness (registration forms, case sheet, consent forms etc.)
Inform concerned department in-case file is incomplete
Follow-up with the concerned department/personnel and ensure the details in the files are completed
Scrutinize the file thoroughly before stamping it as completed
Filing of records in an orderly manner
Reports & records matching in ARTis
Compliance as per QAI standards
Closely working with Clinical team, Nursing and Counsellors and PRE’s
Monthly analysis of incomplete and complete files with various parameters in excel sheets

**Skills Required**:

Good communication (spoken & written) skills
Computer skills
Eye for detailing
Planning & organizing
Record keeping

**Knowledge Required**:

QAI standards
ART Regulations
- ** Experience of interacting with the Gynecologists is a must, past experience/knowledge in Fertility/Reproductive medicine areas would be an added advantage.**
