1 Understanding Requirement
- Study property layout, understand requirement and prepare basic plan. Prepare presentation based on basic concepts, area calculations, interior layout and project view. Consider all the work related aspects, do area calculations and material requisition note from project site and understand material requirements. Give effective presentation to management about the project. Understand and resolve all the project related queries to the satisfaction of management.

2 Finalization of Design
- Take feedback from management. Understand suggestions/changes/additions required in the plan. If required give design options. Prepare final drawings/3D designs. Present same and take management approval. Handover final drawings to on site project team.

3 Working Drawing Assignment
- Assign the job for preparation of working drawing to junior. Check the working drawing. Get it approved from the management.

4 Coordination with Structural Consultants
- Share final drawings with structural consultant. Provide additional information about the project if required. Get suggestions/ideas, take structure and action plan from consultants.

5 Coordination & Support
- Support engineers and understand customization requirements. Incorporate the customization changes in the drawing, approve the changes from concern person.

6 Monitoring of Project Execution Work
- Visit the project site and monitor the execution of work. Ensure work is done as per given drawings and parameters. Provide guidance to resolve work related queries.

7 Continuous improvement
- Identify and analyze new tools and techniques related to field. Necessary technology/software need to be adopted. Develop the team. Provide training time to time and keep records of training assessments.

8 MIS & Reporting
- Make sure all the drawings are maintain project wise. Create separte project files.

Residential and commercial design development, preparation of submission drawings and working drawings, coordination with various departments and clients.

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
